Debon enjoy the limelight after first victory Alex Debon to win in France was the first of his long career World Championship and took him up to third place in the current overall standings of 250cc.
Experienced Spanish pilot Alex Debon spent a lot of time waiting for last weekend's victory in the 250cc Grand Prix Alice de France, having competed for ten years at the World Championships and has only recently equipped with full-time Aprilia factory official machinery.
Over the past two years brought a different kind of satisfaction in a rewarding role as the main Aprilia test rider and as a mentor to Jorge Lorenzo, as his young compatriot again achieved quarter litre class Toback World titles before his big hit until Now move up to MotoGP.
Now is the turn of Debon to fight for the 250cc crown, against fellow front runners as Mika Kallio, Marco Simoncelli, Mattia Pasini and Alvaro Bautista - and his French to win his sixth 112 GP appearance he has put in between towards top of the standings.
